Personal Exercise Plan Restart Smart and the Celebration of Midlife, because we can. A personal exercise plan as it name implies does not fit everyone. We have reached midlife and our bodies which we once counted on to pull us through everything, would have a hard time pulling us through a vat of cherry/lime Jell-O (our favorite) without most of us getting winded. Let’s face it we worked and played hard and a personal exercise plan was not part of our routine. We We have known for years that we should have had a personal exercise plan but we didn’t give it any thought. No thought whatsoever even when the Doc said we need to lose twenty pounds (you know those scales are set to show the extra twenty…..ok maybe not). No thought at all to a personal exercise plan even after the heart attack because we tell ourselves now we have to be careful. Yeah those heart attacks that we don’t believe happened yet we know they did, scare the heck out of us. Our minds tell us we’re not whole our bodies let us down this can’t be happening, but it did. A personal exercise plan when we suffer from Arthritis, remember those old injuries that you gave no thought too, yeah they let you reminisce now. We get old our health fails, life isn’t fair so what do we do. Restart Smart thinking kicks in, we fight back. No matter what condition you’re in the time is now to develop a personal exercise plan. (For those of you who see exercise as a thing to loathe) may we suggest that you take a moment to remember how great it felt when your body worked.
